How we verify compatibility
Isla Regalos performs online research only. We review public documentation, technical specifications, and other carefully labeled online sources. We do not claim hands-on or physical product testing.
Apply deterministic rules
The required checks depend on the ecosystem: published dimensions and fit claims, connector standard, firmware, charging, feature parity, region, and other recorded specifications.
Publish with limits
The public result includes its reason, conditions, confidence, source links, blind spots, region, and last-verified date. A source change never updates a verdict automatically.
Evidence hierarchy
We prioritize sources that directly address the exact accessory, exact model, and material compatibility question.
- Manufacturer compatibility documentation, support articles, and manuals published online.
- Manufacturer technical specifications and certified-program documentation.
- Accessory-maker documentation that clearly names the exact target model or standard.
- Carefully labeled supporting online sources used to clarify, never to override stronger conflicting first-party evidence.
Confidence labels
Confidence describes the evidence, not the product’s quality. Insufficient or conflicting evidence resolves to Not verified.
Manufacturer confirmed
The manufacturer directly states the relevant compatibility relationship for the exact products.
Specification confirmed
Published technical specifications establish the relevant standard, dimensions, connector, or feature requirement.
Strong supporting evidence
Multiple reliable online sources support the verdict without a material unresolved conflict.
Limited evidence
The available online evidence is relevant but incomplete, so limitations remain prominent.
Conflicting evidence
Reliable sources disagree or appear to cover different revisions, regions, or behaviors.
Not verified
The source set is insufficient for a defensible public compatibility claim.
Compatibility is not purchase priority
A product can be compatible and still be an unnecessary purchase. Recommendation priority is evaluated separately from compatibility and never increases because of affiliate commission.
