Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S are different headsets. They share controllers, but the optics, the facial-interface geometry, and the head-strap mounting differ.
Touch Plus controllers and their accessories carry across between the two. Anything that touches the headset shell or the lenses does not.
Quest 3S facial interfaces, prescription lens inserts, and carrying cases are the recurring wrong buy. Check the product names for Quest 3 specifically, not for the family.
